What surfaces do we clean?
Wood and decking
Wood accumulates dirt, moss and green algae. Important: too much pressure damages the wood — it tears the fibres apart and leaves the surface rough. Prokatus uses low-pressure washing with a specialist terrace cleaning agent. After washing we oil the terrace — the wood is protected and looks great.
Stone and concrete terrace
Stone and concrete collect moss and green algae faster than wood. Pressure washing removes deposits effectively — results are visible immediately. Oiling is not required.
Composite terrace
Composite is durable but collects dirt in the pores. We clean with the right pressure and agent — without damaging the material.

Terrace maintenance step by step

We check the terrace — material, amount of moss and dirt, whether oiling is needed.
2. Washing
We wash thoroughly with the right pressure. We remove moss, dirt and old oil residue. We use environmentally safe cleaning agents.
3. Drying
After washing we let the terrace dry. Wood must be completely dry before oiling.
4. Oiling (if needed)
We apply terrace oil suited to your decking. Oil penetrates the wood and protects it all season.
5. Clean-up

No — composite does not absorb oil. It only needs cleaning.
